all members, including campus ambassadors and international representatives, are required to uphold and adhere to the core values and code of conduct of amaze consortium at all times.
all members are required to treat every individual within the amaze consortium with respect, professionalism, and courtesy, regardless of their role or position.
members represent amaze consortium in both internal and public settings and are therefore expected to maintain appropriate conduct, professionalism, and respectful behavior at all times.
the organizational chain of command is determined strictly by position and role, not by age, seniority, or academic status.
all members are expected to respect and follow instructions issued by their designated supervisors, regardless of age differences.
members must maintain strict confidentiality concerning all sensitive, internal, or private information related to amaze consortium, its members, or its operations.
members are responsible for fulfilling the duties and tasks assigned to them. timely and effective completion of responsibilities is a fundamental expectation.
when assigned to a task or project, members must make their best efforts to complete the assignment efficiently, responsibly, and to the highest possible standard.
members are encouraged to actively seek opportunities to learn, develop new skills, and enhance their professional capabilities for both personal growth and organizational benefit.
amaze consortium is politically and religiously neutral. we respect individuals of all religious beliefs and political viewpoints.
the organization does not engage in political activities. members are prohibited from discussing political matters during official duties unless directly relevant to assigned work.
members must not make negative or defamatory statements about amaze consortium or its members in public forums.
any concerns, complaints, or disputes must be formally reported to the appropriate supervisor or administrator.
members are expected to remain informed of all official announcements, updates, and communications issued by amaze consortium and its administrative authorities.
members are encouraged to propose innovative ideas that contribute to organizational projects or objectives. however, prior approval from the relevant supervisor is required before implementing any such initiatives.
any member assigned to an active project who requires leave exceeding two (2) days must formally request approval from the break & leave request form prior to taking leave.
for in-person or physical events, members must arrive on time and comply with the prescribed dress code for the respective event.
official members of amaze consortium may have participation fees waived for seminars, courses, and events organized by the organization. however, members are expected to actively participate in such activities or contribute as organizers when required.
teamwork and collaboration are strongly encouraged. members are expected to support fellow team members and assist others within the organization when facing challenges.
any violation of this code of conduct must be promptly reported to the administrative team or designated authorities for review and appropriate action.
failure to comply with this code of conduct, inability to complete assigned tasks within stipulated deadlines, lack of seriousness toward responsibilities, or insufficient dedication to the organization may result in disciplinary measures, including but not limited to demotion, credit deduction, suspension, or termination of membership.
the use of vulgar language, profanity, discriminatory remarks, racism, harassment, or any form of aggressive or abusive behavior is strictly prohibited within the organization or during any organizational activities.
